I HATE The Bathroom!

So I hate the bathroom! This morning when I first woke up and went into the bathroom, there was pee all over the place. Caden must have woke up in a frenzy to make a mad dash to the bathroom and with no control what so ever, peed all over the place.
Next, I decided to give the kids a bath and about 10 minuets into the Bath Caden yells, "Mom I pooped in the bathtub." I am thinking, funny haa haa my son is 5 years old! Well lo and behold Caden pooped in the bath tub. My first thought was to yell at him but then I remembered that my son has a diet of Frosted Mini Wheat's as half his diet. Well as you all know, that is a lot of fiber. End of story. So I cleaned that up, which consists of not only getting the poop out, but also cloroxing all the toys, the bath tub ect. it was a long process.
Well I decided after this that I needed to relax with the kids and so we went in the front room and turned on the radio station. Well we were all having a great time until Tori said Damn from the song. Why it had to be this day I have no idea. She has heard her Grandpa say a a lot more choice words for a year now, but why it had to come out today was just my luck. So that was my horrible parent moment for the week.
After this, I was cleaning the kitchen and Tori comes running out of the bathroom naked and says, "Mom, HELP Me." Well I ran in there and the toilet was near overflowing. She had mistaken the Clorox wipes with the flushable wipes. So her buns are super squeaky clean and probably not feeling the best in the world. I had to dig the wipes out and then Caden runs in and tells me that he has to Pee! Are you kidding me? I told him to just go outside or something. He ran off laughing and I still don't know if he was outside peeing. He was smart enough not to come back in.
Well I wish that was the last of my bathroom experience today. My sweet Scott had to pitch in. I found him in the bathroom with the plunger in the toilet soaking wet, and that my friends is why I hate the bathroom!

Happy Birthday Scott!

Our wonderful boy had a Birthday today. One year old; he grew up way too fast. He woke up in the morning and we had all of his toys set up. He thought that they were a lot of fun.

After Scott's morning nap we all went swimming at a fun indoor swimming pool. It was so much fun. He loved it. He liked to stick his mouth in the water just enough to get a little bit. One of two things would happen, he would spit the water out and laugh or he would get a bit too much and then he would choke for the next thirty seconds.

After we got home from swimming we had ourselves a little dinner and then had cake time. It was way cute to see him love his cake so much. Tori and Caden blew out the candle for him and then he dug in.

I did a Choo Choo Train cake for Scott. He like to play in the frosting more than he liked to eat it. Well, I still can't believe that my little boy is one. It has been a great year with that little stinker. We love him lots!

Check this boy out!

Scott, Scott, Scott. That is how I have felt this week. He has learned how to do stairs kind of.

This is Scott starting up the stairs.

This is him thinking about coming back down.

And this is Scott taking the plunge.
Scott keeps me very busy right now. When I put him down he stops and looks around, analyzes the situation and then when he sees something he takes off and nothing can stop him.

Train Show

Yesterday we went to the train show at Thanksgiving Point. Travis and I thought that it was a lot more awesome than the kids. They looked for about five min. and then their attention span was gone. Caden did like that lego trains though. Then I got to go shopping at Kohls whitch I was very excited about. Ever since I moved to Santaquin I feel a little like I am far away from any shopping centers. It is probably for the best since I don't spend near as much money. It was sure nice to shop though.

Happy New Year!

Well, out with the old and in with the new. We had a good New Year's Eve. Travis and I chaperoned the church dance. It was a fun time. I was mistaked for a teenager which made me feel good and Travis looked intimidating. All the youth thought he was pretty scary. They would often wave to him cuz they were not sure what else to do cuz he was staring at them like "you better behave yourself." I think that Travis had a great time having them think that. We also sat on the couch and tried to decide what our kids would be like when they were 14 years old. We agreed on Tori, but not on the boys. 80% of the boys had long ugly hair. What is up with that. It was not fasionably long hair it was like where is your eyes type of hair. I don't understand it. Hopefully that style will be out when Caden is older.

Sledding

We went across the street and went sledding down a little hill. The hill was just enough for them to have fun and not get too cold.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas was a great one this year. Tori woke up and 3:00 am and went into the front room and saw what Santa had left her and so she came to bed saying "Santa,Ponies" over and over again. After two hours of this we woke everyone up and went to see what Santa left us.

Caden finally got his Bakugans. I was just as excited as he was to see Santa leave them.

Scott was such a happy boy for being woke up at 5:00 in the morning. He played for about 30 min. and then went back to bed.
